• Oproepen ontvangen en beantwoorden van Nederlandstalige klanten
• Technische ondersteuning bieden voor Imac computers
• Een hoog niveau van klantentevredenheid kunnen behouden

Meer details:

• Werkschema: Rotatieshiften van Maandag tot Vrijdag tussen 8 en 20 h (8-5 h., 9-6 h., 10-7 h. en 11-8 h.) + 1 zaterdag per maand van 10 tot 18h.
• Locatie: Avenida Diagonal 197 (Glòries).
• Contract: Obra y Servicio, contract van lange duur

Customer Service Agent speaking German and Dutch

We are currently recruiting Customer Care Agents who are native German and fluent English speakers, to take part in our new and exciting project with a worldwide known fashion brand.

Main tasks
· Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
· Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
· Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
· Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
· To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
· Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.
· Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams.
· Liaise with Supervisors/ Mentors on specific projects where requested.
· To understand and comply with administrative duties including holiday, sickness and overtime forms in a timely and accurate manner.
· To attend regular Team Meetings.

· To work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
· Native/Fluent in German and Dutch
· High level of English. Fluent in Spanish is a plus

· Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
·Good disposition to work in a customer service environment

· Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
· Ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution

Our company SELLBYTEL Group is looking for Partner Sales Advisors for our client – leader in the technological sector.

Responsibilities:
•Articulate clearly Partner Program value proposition and register new resellers in to the program.
•Respond in a timely and accurate manner to calls/e-mails from resellers, routing onwards if appropriate. Drive answer when time need to find appropriate answer.
•Provide basic general information on products for inbound and outbound calls or e-mails.
•Detect High Business Opportunities.
•Act as the main point of entry for telephone contacts generated by partner telemarketing activities and campaigns.
•Process callout campaign based on a predefined list of resellers.
•Process specific marketing on products and services.
Requirements:
•Fluent English, Native in Dutch
•Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
•Previous B2B sales experience.
•Positive attitude and goal orientation.
•Experience in negotiations is a plus.

DUTCH SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Main Functions:

- You will focus on retaining and growing the existing installed base of customers
- Understanding customers problems, recommending solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Maintenance contracts and warranty renewal


The selection criteria:
- Experience:
o At least 6 month of experience selling product/Services

o Knowledge in chromatography will be considered an advantage
o Dutch native speaker level and high English level is required
